By accessing or using PropertyMCP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PropertyMCP provides real estate data tools via the MCP (Model Context Protocol) standard. The service includes property search, neighborhood data, school ratings, walk scores, mortgage calculations, listing description generation, comparable sales analysis, and market trends.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with limited API calls (100/day). After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
PropertyMCP aggregates data from third-party sources (Zillow, Census Bureau, GreatSchools, Walk Score). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Always verify critical information with primary sources before making business decisions.
PropertyMCP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We collect: email address, name, and payment information (processed by Stripe). We log API usage events (tool name, timestamp, response time) for billing and service improvement. We do not store the content of your property searches or generated listing descriptions.
Account management, billing, rate limiting, service improvement, and customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All API communication uses HTTPS encryption. API keys are stored securely. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
